Chris L.'s story

When I started with my nutrition journey in May 2019, I was 196 lbs and as of November 2019, I had reached my goal weight of 155lbs Which is the smallest I have ever been in my adult (and possibly child) life.

Working with Kelly at the beginning of this journey, was a bit worrisome to me because I wasn't sure how someone I never met face-face was going to help me obtain a healthier "Chris". (OH HOW WRONG I WAS). Kelly, consistently was able to keep our scheduled check-ins, guide me if I fell off from a scheduled weight goal for that week, provided positive reinforcement that was useful. Most importantly, I became one hell of a cook! With some "real-talk" about the weight, and how it ok not be perfect, because we're only human, I was given all the tools I need to be successful. Since the start of 2020, I am have been able to maintain a consistent average weight of 160 lbs.

I couldn't have more positive things to say about Kelly and her work ethic and dedication to helping individuals who want to help themselves, as I recommended co-workers and family friends to her services, as my body became a walking advertisement of proof on results. If you want to jump-start your weight goals amidst the "quarantine 19". Kelly is your girl!
