I absolutely loved working with Kelly these past 4 months! I came into this initially with a goal just to lose a few pounds for running purposes but instead I came out 20 pounds lighter and a dress size smaller! She made following these meal plans so easy and I must say, for someone like myself who is a picky eater, the meals were always delicious!
My favorite meal was definitely the Peanut Butter wraps! It was a good mixture of sweet and crunchy (plus I just like peanut butter).
